fic idea

so I was reading a comment-fic where Jennifer goes to see Jeannie to ask for permission to ask Rodney to marry her.  and my mind took it this way (even thought I think Jeannie would LOVE rodney to marry jennifer--he might actually be on earth & she'd be able to be all "ha!  told ya so!" at least until she realized that it wasn't what he wanted & he was settling...and then she'd be all "it's not for everyone")

anyway--Jennifer asks & says something like "I know you haven't always been close"
and I see Jeannie saying "yeah, and I'm not really comfortable with this.  if you want to ask him, just ask!"

and then jennifer goes to the bathroom, and jeannie quick calls rodney all "WTF!  What about john!?!  when did you dump him?"

spending time with mom can be bad for my wallet

So mom & I bought a wedding dress.  it's a bit dirty, and might end up used as a halloween costume...but it fits her well & fits me like a glove!  (and if either of us is going to end up using it for an actual wedding, it will probably be mom b/c she's at least dating someone...I really don't think I'll ever find a guy.)  Ok...i've depressed myself.  but it was fun trying on the dress & then heading to Lane Bryant & checking out the cool clothes.  there were some cool outfits.
