So my latest fanfic obsession is Star Trek (Reboot), specifically slash, major focus: kirk/spock. Not to say that I'm not still obsessed with Stargate Atlantis, (John/Rodney)...

Violently polite Vulcan! Ha, I love it. He will say please and thank you while burning down your house and sowing your fields with salt!
Suddenly my head is filled with a dark fic--the Enterprise as homicidal maniacs, maybe when Starfleet pushes them too far? Kirk is charming as he pilliages your ship or planet, Violently-Polite!Spock, Earth Mother Uhura helping him to burn down your house and salt your fields (but only when you cross them, of course!) who tells you in your own dialect how you fucked up. Dr. (Mengele) McCoy,,,they corrupt the crew into maniacal killing machines.
