Book Review...Anyone read this one?

I saw this book used in Quinn's Correspondence (http://quinn.webaxxs.net/cor_pa/index.htm)

Looks interesting, has anyone read this?  I'm thinking about trying to find it...although I might find myself disappointed in the end...seems like these stories never quite live up to their reviews lately for me.  :-(
